two deliveries for two different plays

 “Don’t hate me for not bein’ dumb as you.”

“Wait a minute mother fucker, we already went through this—you gonna be pissed because I’m not dumb as you?”

 on the global stage the usa is a principle player, and if you alter its dialogue, the entire play changes from a tragedy to a comedy. why? because the usa is unique in that its high law provides legal right to formally discuss government. its constitution is actually what makes americans who they are, they have the right to call time-out on the politicians. 20+ million americans now and growing, no longer afraid of holding a “constitutional convention” to formally build consensus about the collective situation; apart from the politicos. if the usa reaches a tipping point of americans who say Yes to a convention in the next year or year and a half, the congress will call it, and in a natural progression of events will be a peaceable revolution, and prove the assumption that we’re groomed and doomed for the end, incorrect.

 Happily, of over 1,700 comments, and about half-way through scrolling them, and have seen two that were not negative. We're not too debauched, we can still get out of this mess.

 please remember for me when living on mipolomol road, highest house on the boney ridge of the santa monica , with 12 foot glass windows and all the channel islands visible on clear days, and how doing all those pastel/gouache pieces by the dozens which were trucked from lodging to lodging until landing in an artist district years later; thinking to throw away everything old, and the night you did, only to wake hoping they were still there, and after you helped get the district popular, sold them all, and made new ones

when a late truth knocks loudly on the door,

in the form of late developments alongside

all those leading up to it—a moment

you're forced to say yes or run away,

in order to remain asleep.
