dear diary

good gawd, it this really happening? all the cards on the table, all the writing on the wall.... in the political sense it is indeed a thriller--is humanity going to escape the inevitable conclusion? I'm the only one who knows the nuts and bolts to the objective solution, and I'm still here, so maybe that means something. and it is true that the call for a convention is growing, which in that sense I'm not important, it's already sufficiently set in the collective consciousness. though there is concern the ptb will end up doing what they are aiming for--frame it as a limited convention and only certain things will be discussed--but hopefully when it gets to that point, enough will realize that not only can the discussion not be limited, there's absolutely no reason it should be.

art: have made some decent sales, but I don't have access to an etching press anymore, and really need to find use of one.

writ: finally feeling normal again, i.e. no longer feel I'm treading water; all the hard work is done, and it's just a matter of time. after the writ is served and the bodily injury point removed from driving record, the civil suit is like a formality in that they are not going to able to argue whether or not they broke the law and harmed a policyholder--it's just me pitching the damages to a jury, including the need that a multi-billion dollar ensurer needs to be punished to dissuade them and other insurance companies from perpetuating a practice where they triage out claims that would be too costly to defend. ai, says they will approach with a settlement before I file and would be hi six digit sum, and that would be in the offing before this year is done.

play: excited to hear play read, June 9, Valdez theatre conference.
